weTiki Voip Call Barring allows users to immediately carry out certain types of outbound calls or to call certain types of number, whereas the calling of other numbers, that are blocked as per definition, needs a previous and punctual activation.

Specifically an automasim that manages the permanent barring of outbound calls has been activated, in compliance with the regulations of the Authority for Communication Security. The respective bylaw no. 348/08/CONS provides 'New terms for the automatic activation of permanent barring of calls, provided by bylaw 97/08/CONS'.

The permanent selective unblocking/barring does not allow users by 'defaul' to carry out calls towards a range of destinations/prefix called "Closed Numbers', besides some exceptions that are attached to bylaw no. 418/07/CONS and sqq. and listed in 'Open Numbers'.

'Closed Numbers' mean all barred numbers, that cannot be called unless previously and opportunely activated, by accessing the 'Activation' section upon authentication, as there are:

• premium numbers (144, 166);
• not geographic numbers at specific rates (892- with exceptions-, 899);
• interactive voice numbers (163, 164- with exceptions-);
• numbers of internal network services / 4 [0-9] - with exceptions;
• international (prefix 00) and satellite numbers (prefix 0088) when the fees, inclusive VAT, exceeds the following price curve: a) 35 Eurocent when answered; b) 3 Eurocent per second;
• international (prefix 00) and satellite numbers (prefix 0088) when the fees per second are equal to or exceed 2 Eurocents, if they cause problems or if unnormal traffic phenomens arise.
  
  'Open Numbers' are destinations/prefix that can directly be called because, by default, they don't need to be barred, such as:

  • national mobile numbers / 3[1-9];
  • toll-free numbers, customer care services (800);
  • emergency numbers / 1 [1,5];
  • personal number services (178)
  • shared costs services (840, 841, 847, 848)
  • internet services at specific rates (702,709)
  • services (18[1-9])
  • directory assistance services (12[1-9])
  • single number services (199)
  • services that are charged to the called person (803)
  • internal free network services / 4[0-9] and those that grant access to the services included in the EuteliaVoip service, as for example the consultation of the residual credit, access to voice mail box and so on;
  • service numbers with specific rates for directory assistance services: 892000, 892298, 892412, 892424, 892500, 892892, 892400;
  • service numbers with specific rates for public utility services for information and assistence of clients and consumers: 892007, 892011, 892021, 892040, 892044, 892080, 892101, 892111, 892113, 892123, 892130, 892155, 892187, 892192, 892197, 892212, 892289, 892323, 892324, 892369, 892404, 892444, 892489, 892494, 892525, 892567, 892727, 892792, 892893, 892928, 892960;
  • numbers for interactive voice services: 163 and 164 with flatrate up to 1 Euro max., incl. VAT, signalled by operators for televotings or charity fund raisings: 163111, 163200, 163300, 163303, 163311, 163400, 163500, 163600, 163800, 163900, 16422, 16423, 16448, 16463, 16477, 16478, 16482 and also from A.A.M.S.: 16463, 16472.
